NLX 2500/700 is a CNC turning centre with 6 programmable axes B,C,C2,X,Y,Z with high rigidity and high precision, which is capable of flexible processing of various workpieces. This lathe is equipped with a counter spindle that can also be used as a tailstock. In addition, the lathe is equipped with the BMT system, which achieves high speeds for driven tools and excellent milling performance. The CELOS control system allows fast and easy programming.

We have an EZSET400 IMAGE CONTROLLER2 measuring device and a technological workplace equipped with 3D CAD software SOLID EDGE, and CAM software EDGECAM and SURFCAM.
We are also able to machine on classic machines (SV18R, S40, FNK25, FG32), we have a welding shop (Elektroda, MIG, WIG) and a locksmith shop.
We provide heat treatment and surface treatment in cooperation according to the drawing documentation, according to the customer’s wishes.
Individual approach, consultation and support from the beginning of the project as well as post-production service is a matter of course.
